Seasonal Rates

Rates are very seasonal with peak season being June and July. The low season is January and February.

Please send an inquiry with your exact dates for a more precise estimate. 

Monthly Rates 

Attention Snowbirds! January to February (low season) monthly rates are available for these months only - please contact us for more information. 

Property Details

I offer the home as either the entire 5-bedroom house (Creekside Paradise) or you can rent it as the 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit (Creekside Oasis) or the 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit (Sunset Suites) all with a 2-night minimum. 7% GA state and Chatham County sales tax and a $100 pet fee (if applicable) will be added to all totals.

Please note that I do not offer refunds. So, I highly recommend trip insurance especially during hurricane season (anywhere from June - November).

Golf Cart Rates 

A 6-seater Golf Cart is included with Creekside Paradise or Creekside Oasis, which is a value of approximately $180 / day (compared to local golf cart rental companies' rates). 

Rental Rates 

Creekside Paradise 

 - Rates range anywhere from $400 per night in the low season to $1200 per night in the peak season on holiday weekends 

 - Cleaning fee is $300

Creekside Oasis

 - Rates range anywhere from $150 / night in the low season to $700 / night in the peak season on holiday weekends  

 - Cleaning fee is $200

Sunset Suites

 - Rates range anywhere from $90 / night in the low season to $500 / night in the peak season on holiday weekends 

 - Cleaning fee is $115
